Availability
*We welcome your 2009 Reservations however, we do not guarantee rates outside of 2008. We reserve the right to automatically apply our Published 2009 rates to your 2009 reservation up to a 15% Increase. You will receive an updated invoice by mail. If our rates increase more than 15%, you will be given the opportunity to cancel your reservation without penalty. This building is ideal for families or extended families. Maximum occupancy of this building including children is eight persons. Minimum age for rental of this building is 25. To protect future guests who may have allergies, Pets and Smoking are not permitted at the Lydia Spring House. We do not charge a security deposit at the Lydia Spring House as we expect our visitors to respect this Historical Building and our furnishings. Guests are responsible for performing a small checklist (Cleaning up after yourself.) before checking out. If the checklist is not completed in it's entirety, a Maintenance Fee of $75.00 will be charged to your credit card. Guests are responsible for all damages to the premises.
