Downstairs

• Kitchen with full size appliances (Stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, microwave).
• Large living room includes a gas log fireplace which heats this part of the house. You will also find a television with Satellite TV, DVD, and CD player and a small selection of CD’s and DVD’s.
• Downstairs bedroom with one king size bed and includes a flat screen television with Satellite TV.
• The former front porch has been converted into Game and Family Area.
• Full Bathroom

Upstairs

The upstairs has two spacious bedrooms with queen size beds. The upstairs Master Bedroom features a Full Bathroom en suite.

Maximum Occupancy
This building is ideal for Couples or Small Families. Maximum occupancy of this building including children is six persons. Minimum age for rental of this building is 25.

Pets and Smoking are not permitted at the Lydia Spring House. In the event of smoking or pets being brought into the house, our cleaning fee begins at $150 +$25 per hour.

We do not charge a security deposit at the Lydia Spring House as we expect our visitors to respect this Historical Building and our furnishings. Guests are responsible for performing a small checklist (Cleaning up after yourself) before checking out. If the checklist is not completed in it's entirety, a Maintenance Fee of $75.00 will be charged to your credit card. Guests are responsible for all damages to the premises.
