Blue Ridge Pottery, Inc.  offers packaging and shipping within the Continental US* to our customers as a service, for an additional charge. 

At Blue Ridge Pottery, we use a state of the art Skin-Packing machine to seal your purchase onto a piece of corrugated board.  That board then sits down onto a thick bed of packing peanuts.  All empty space in the box is then filled in and the box is sealed.  At this time, the contents of your package are suspended within the container and cannot move from side to side or up and down.  This ensures that your purchase is secure within it’s container at the time it leaves our premises.  This has been the safest and most economic way to ship pottery that we have found.
