Damages:

Hand-Thrown Pottery is a unique piece of art and due to it’s very nature and fragility, is at a higher risk of breakage during shipping. Upon purchase, the Customer assumes all risks involved in transporting and/or securing shipping for their pieces. 

Blue Ridge Pottery, Inc. does not offer Replacements, Refunds, or Discounts on items Damaged and/or Lost during Shipping.  All packages are insured for the amount of your purchase. Should damages occur during shipping, please contact UPS directly to begin a claim.  Hold on to the merchandise, container and all packing materials until advised otherwise by UPS. You will need to keep your original receipt to establish the value of any items damaged and/or lost.  Blue Ridge Pottery will reprint and mail you a copy of your receipt upon request.

Call 1-800-PICK-UPS Or visit UPS online at www.ups.com.

Failure to report damages or loss in a timely manner to UPS may result in a complete loss. 

When opening your package, take your time and carefully remove skin packing from around your pieces. Do Not tug on handles, otherwise they may break off. Be careful when using any sharp objects to remove skin packaging to avoid bodily harm and scratching the surface of the pottery.
